This policy covers the Hopadoo Tales website at hopadoo.mjlabs.biz. Hopadoo Tales is a brand of MJ Labs, which publishes a separate policy for its own site.

This is a static website. It does not ask you to sign in, does not store anything about you, and does not track you.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through this website. There is nothing here that asks for your name, email address or any other detail, and nothing that records what you look at.

Children

Hopadoo Tales makes books and videos for young children, but this website is written for the adults choosing them — parents, carers, teachers and librarians. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site, and as described above we do not collect personal information from visitors at all.

Hosting logs

This site is served by a third-party hosting provider. Like most web hosts, that provider may automatically record technical request information — such as IP addresses, timestamps and which files were requested — for security and reliability purposes. Those logs are created and controlled by the hosting provider under its own policies, and are not used by us to build any profile of visitors.

Contacting us

Our contact page lists email addresses rather than a form. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, and we use it only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to third-party services — a retailer where a book is sold, or the Hopadoo Tales YouTube channel. Once you follow such a link you are on that company’s site, under its privacy policy and terms, not ours. YouTube in particular collects its own data about viewers; we have no control over that.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to this website that changes the picture above — analytics, an embedded player, a signup form or similar — we will update this policy to describe it, and change the “last updated” date at the top.
